I spent my freshman year at St. Benedicts in 1971-2. The school closed and I studied elsewhere. The impact that the monks had on me has stayed with me my entire life. Thank you for sharing this.

Thank you for this tribute to Abbot Melvin.He had a huge influence on me, as he has had on so many.He is greatly missed.We shall carry him with us.
